Very often, students who have left Landmark College before graduating (either with an associate or a bachelor’s degree) decide they need to return for a class in the summer, for a semester, or to complete their degree. Re-enrollment requirements depend, to some extent, on the circumstances of the departure.

If you have been away for part of a semester or longer, please work through the Office of Admissions (not your former academic advisor or any other office). You will need to meet the following requirements to request re-enrollment for a future semester:

    • In the time you have been away from Landmark College, it is expected that your time was spent constructively occupied and that you maintained a satisfactory standard of conduct. In all cases, re-enrollment will require a personal statement outlining why you are requesting re-enrollment and how you have occupied your time while away from campus. You will also need to include transcripts from any educational institution you attended while away from Landmark College.
    • Other factors that will be taken into consideration in the re-enrollment process:
      • If you left in poor academic standing, you may be placed on Academic Probation for a period of at least one semester.
      • If you withdrew for medical reasons or for reasons of safety, then you must obtain a recommendation from a clinical practitioner who is qualified to assess your current state of physical and/or mental health and can state that you are ready to re-engage in a residential college and the rigors of a course of academic study.
      • If you were suspended from the College, you must provide all documentation required in the letter of suspension.
      • If you left with pending disciplinary charges, you will be required to address those matters with the student conduct office before re-enrollment can be completed.

While the majority of students who apply for re-enrollment do return to Landmark College, re-enrollment is not guaranteed to any applicant.

To initiate the re-enrollment process, please complete the online Re-Enrollment Application. Once received, the online request will be reviewed by Landmark College. In most cases, a response will be provided within 10 days. Please direct further question to:

    Financial Aid

We make every effort to make a Landmark College education an affordable reality for students and their families. It is important to note that Landmark College’s total cost of attendance, when financial aid is factored in, is often comparable to other colleges and universities who charge extra for LD services. Financial aid is awarded on a rolling basis. Our financial aid packages typically consist of a mix of state and federal grants and loans, as well as college scholarship support. Some families may qualify for a Medical Tax Deduction, which is unique to Landmark College.

Students and families interested in financial aid should complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) form from the Department of Education. This is the only application that is required for awarding both federal grant aid as well as Landmark College need-based scholarships. We encourage families interested in receiving financial assistance to complete the financial aid process, in addition to your application, as soon as possible.

International students are eligible for merit-based financial aid, and the award criteria is the same as the criteria for U.S. students. Wherever you come from, we would be happy to have you join our community!

  • Landmark College follows a rolling admissions process; however, we recommend applicants submit their documentation within the timeframe below to be considered for financial aid, and for students and families to make the necessary arrangements prior to the start of classes.
